Double-head-spindle cnc lathe

Double -head -spindle CNC lathe is one lathe with central- located spindle ,two Z axes , two X axes and dragging boards moving in dual direction , which has the character of high cutting efficiency, high precision and high rigidity. One-step clamping and processing both ends at one time, central-located spindle, independent turrets or blade rows on each side,two -channel controller, multi-interface reservation, can be adjacent to auto feeding gantry loader or robots to finish handling the shaft parts .

For the long rod or tube with high requirement for the coaxial precision,conventional lathe or CNC lathe can hardly assure the processing quality.This kind of double -door and double -head lathe can play a key role in making the long shaft with less time and more accuracy,which is very suitable for processing the disc type and short shaft  parts.
